Starting in 2007 as an extension of Dr. Donald Siao's medical clinic, Aura has grown to be a premier medical aesthetic clinic offering state-of-the-art medical laser procedures, injectable neuromodulators, injectable fillers, and facial products. Aura is proud to be staffed with some of the most experienced professional registered nurses in aesthetic medicine. Each of Aura's staff has 20-30 years of hospital and clinical medicine experience which has served as a foundation for subsequent years of medical aesthetic specialization. Combined with their passion, artistry, and commitment to aesthetic medicine, the staff of Aura prides itself in being able to offer outstanding patient care. Dr. Siao now serves as the on-site medical director of Aura overseeing all products and procedures.

Dr. Donald Siao brings 25 years of clinical, academic, and administrative medicine experience to Aura. Originally, due to the large demand from his patients for a professionally supervised setting for medical aesthetic procedures, Dr. Siao founded Aura by offering medical laser procedures. Shortly afterward, he recognized the growing need for a broader clinic of highly trained, experienced, caring, and ethical professionals that could specialize in this rapidly diversifying area of medical procedures. With co-founder Carrie Rose, RN, Aura has now become the premier clinic for discerning patients who expect outstanding and medically supervised aesthetic care. Dr. Siao graduated with Distinction honors from the Stanford University undergraduate and medical school program. During his medical career, he has served as Family Practice Department Chairman, Assistant Medical Director, and Board member in large medical groups before going into private practice where he now heads a well-established primary care clinic, alongside Aura, with on-site pharmacy and laboratory.
